After a long pause for the summer, we’re thrilled to announce the return of our “Chef’s Night” series at Cattaro Hotel. If you haven’t had the pleasure to join us for past editions, we’ve hosted a number of excellent chefs from all around the region: Jorg Zupan, Jeffrey Vella, Mate Janković, Ivan Pažanin and head chef of Cattaro Hotel, Bojan Fržović. This time, we have the pleasure of hosting Dragan Šljivić, the extremely-talented head chef of Restaurant Monogram (Bosnia & Herzegovina). His incredible culinary skills, modern presentations and artistry with aromatic, colorful and textured ingredients is one of the reasons why Monogram is considered to be among the top restaurants in Banja Luka.
