Calling all gastrophiles and wine lovers! We hope you’ll join us for the very last edition of our Chef’s Night series for 2019. This time we have the honor of hosting Chef Janez Bratovž, owner and head chef of JB Restaurant in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Janez is long defined by his strong desire to unearth perfection with his daring and original culinary creations. You’ll surely enjoy the exceptional tastes he’ll offer with each dish. Prepare to indulge and prepare to be spellbound by an entirely new culinary experience.

The pioneer of modern Slovenian cuisine will guide us through an evening of the finest culinary enjoyment on Saturday, the 7th of December at 8 pm.

Janez’s five-course meal will be paired with wine from Fantinel Winery in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Established in 1969, Fantinel Winery is recognized as an ambassador of the Friuli wine scene. Their prosecco is offered in all of the best restaurants in Italy and throughout Europe. What’s more, they complemented the idea of creating top quality wines by purchasing two wine boutiques in the hills of Gorizia, a region where some of the world’s best labels are produced. You won’t want to miss this event!
