How long have you worked at the hotel and what do you enjoy about it the most?

I became a part of the Hotel Cattaro team for more than half a year now. The only way to do great work is to love what you do and I really love my job

I love the people I work with and for me the most enjoyable thing is our everyday challenge to make sure that every new visit to our hotel is better than previous visits.

What is the Cattaro Hotel experience? What sets it apart from other properties?

When you stay at Hotel Cattaro, you become a part of a rich story that reaches over hundreds of years. What sets us apart from other properties is that we do things differently, we do different things and we believe simplicity and authenticity are the ultimate sophistication.

Nowadays, travelers are less concerned about luxury amenities, it’s more about the personal attention and that’s what we are best at, as well as one of the main reasons why they are coming back.

What details create unforgettable experiences at the hotel?

Guest may not remember what we said or the things that we gave them, but they do remember how they felt. So we are really trying to make our guests feel good by providing them with authenticity, discovery and well-being which creates their memorable feelings that is a key to our success.

Do you have any special guest stories to share?

For me, the most emotional stories are beginning with every wedding that we have organized so far. I feel so privileged for having the opportunity to share with them one of the most important days of their life, and to make sure it always remains an unforgettable one.
