The first evening of the series features Chef Ivan Pažanin, one of Croatia’s best. In addition to being an accomplished chef, Ivan is a celebrated television star, appearing on MasterChef Croatia. We cannot wait to host this bright, young culinary expert at Cattaro Hotel.

“Chef’s Night with Hrvoje Zirojević”

The second and final evening of the series features Chef Hrvoje Zirojević. Another talent from neighboring Croatia, Hrvoje arrives with considerable experience and accolades. Hrvoje is the owner of Restaurant Laganini Lounge Bar & Fish House on the island of Palmižana, and is undoubtedly the best chef in his country. Laganini is frequented by an impressive roster of guests each summer, including the likes of Bono Vox.
No matter which night you decide to join us, both evenings will feature 5-course gourmet dinners, each course accompanied by its own expertly-paired wine.
Cattaro Hotel’s own Head Chef, Bojan Fržović, will provide support and work alongside our guest chefs on both evenings of our “Chef’s Night” series.
